Just the beginning

Following criticism of the abrupt ending to Crysis, Cevat Yerli, CEO of Crytek has revealed that this first person shooter is just the beginning for the franchise and there will in fact be a trilogy.

In a Q&A conducted by Roy Taylor, Vice President of Content Relations at NVIDIA, Yerli was asked whether the ending was cut delierately due to time restraints. Yeril replied, "The game is designed as a trilogy, so you have two more installments to come and the ending is planned deliberately. But I cannot answer any more questions here please as we want to keep some surprises for you all."
