To celebrate the release of the latest iteration in the blockbuster Call of Duty series, HEXUS.gaming has five Xbox 360 limited collector’s edition copies of Call of Duty World At War to giveaway!

Call of Duty World At War takes players deep into the South Pacific and European campaigns of World War II in a gritty fight that pits players against enemies that show no mercy. Utilizing the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare engine, Call of Duty: World at War throws out the rulebook of war to transform WWII combat through a new enemy, new tactics and an uncensored experience of the climatic battles that gripped a generation.

As U.S. Marines and Russian soldiers, players employ new features like cooperative gameplay, and weapons such as the flamethrower in the most chaotic and cinematically intense experience to date.

To be in with a chance of picking up one of these great prizes, simply send your name and address to our competition email address with the header 'CALL OF DUTY' before the closing date of 21st November 2008.

Check out our Call of Duty World At War review!

Review snippet:

"The subject matter has afforded the developer the luxury to create a varied experience, with different environments to battle across and various warring mentalities to play around with. Whilst both the US marine sections and the Russian soldiers segments are equally dramatic and enjoyable, they both having a different feel to them, often requiring you to slightly adjust your play style. Whether you’re breaking through the German defenses in the town of Seelow, or sniping from the rooftops as the Russian to clear room for your team-mates to advance on the ground, there’s enough diversity in the gameplay to ensure that you’re not just constantly facing fire-fight after fire-fight. Switching focus like this makes the gameplay feel fresh, unpredictable and exciting."
