EA unveils its broad GC 2008 line-up

The HEXUS.gaming team has jetted off to Leipzig today for the start of the Games Convention tomorrow, where amongst the games on show will be a broad portfolio of titles from Electronic Arts.

From the press release ::

On show in Leipzig are Europe’s best selling franchises and consumer favourites like FIFA, Need For Speed, The Sims and Harry Potter, a wide range of casual and family titles for Nintendo platforms including LITTLEST PET SHOP, Boogie SuperStar, Zubo and MONOPOLY, brand new IP like SimAnimals, Mirror’s Edge, Dead Space, Dragon Age: Origins, Battleforge, Spore, the new MMORPG Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, and EA partner titles Left 4 Dead from Valve, Rock Band and Rock Band 2 from MTV Games/Harmonix and Crysis Warhead from Crytek.

At a press briefing planned for Wednesday, August 20, creative leaders from EA studios around the world will be on stage to present some of EA’s upcoming blockbusters including:

FIFA 09
The Sims 3
SimAnimals
Boogie SuperStar
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
LITTLEST PET SHOP
MONOPOLY
Command &Conquer Red Alert 3
Warhammer Online : Age of Reckoning
Dragon Age: Origins
Need For Speed Undercover
And a sneak peak at RAGE from EA Partner, id Software
