SEGA's latest iteration in its multi award winning Total War RTS franchise has made a powerful impact on this week's UK videogame charts, knocking Killzone 2 from the top spot and becoming the first 'All Formats' PC Number One since 2007.

There wasn't much in it though, according to Chart Track Killzone 2 sold 1,600 copies less than Empire: Total War. Last week's other big release, Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X,. makes it debut at number 4.
